The savannah near Béziers

After three intense days between the Sigean safari park and the visit to Carcassonne, we took a break by the sea — a lovely and cheap pitch five minutes' walk from the beach, with a view that looked like the savannah. Only the giraffes under the trees were missing.

We did some making, practised yoga and planned the next legs of the journey.

It is the kind of stop the track does not show: few kilometres, many days. And the way things are going, also the kind of stop that holds everything else up.
